  • This FieldGoods Mac and Cheese has to be the ultimate classic comfort food. With tantalising twirls of Italian pasta enveloped by the most delicious cheese sauce made from Somerset cheddar, Red Leicester, and mozzarella, and wonderfully finished with a panko breadcrumb topping. Simply mouthwatering.  

    Sometimes life gets in the way of cooking a showstopping feast, but that doesn't mean you should forgo flavour and hearty, healthy food. That's why we've teamed up with our friends Sam and Elliot Day, founders of FieldGoods, to bring you ready meals with a difference. These are 'real meals' packed full of properly sourced, wholesome, natural ingredients. Sam and Elliot believe in the power of field, freezer, fork. Combining sustainable ingredients with the ultimate convenience, ready for you to dive into. 

    The trays and sleeves of FieldGoods meals are made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials, so they can be chucked onto your compost pile or into your food bin, and will become plant food before you know it. You can also give them a wash and pop them in your recycling.

  • Ingredients

    Cow's Milk [MILK],  Pasta Twirls (30%) (Durum Wheat, Semolina) [WHEAT],  Mature Cheddar Cheese [MILK] (12%), Panko Breadcrumbs (8%) (Wheat Flour, Yeast, Salt) [WHEAT],  Mozzarella (6%) (Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid) [MILK],  Red Leicester Cheese ((6%), Annatto Norbixin) [MILK],  Kosher Salt, Olive Pomace Oil (Olive Oil (51%), Sunflower Oil (49%)), Butter [MILK],  Wildfarmed Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamine (B1) [WHEAT],  Dijon Mustard [MUSTARD, SULPHITES],  Rosemary, Garlic, Black Pepper, Aleppo Pepper, Thyme.

    Made in a kitchen that handles; nuts, soya, gluten, fish, celery, mustard, sulphates.

  • Preheat oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. 

    Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. 

    Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook 40 - 45 minutes. 

    Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.

    Not suitable for a microwave, over cook from frozen.

    Please be careful, steam may be released when removing the film lid.

  • FieldGoods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. 

    If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer. 

    Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
