      • This delicious Soy & Ginger Glazed Trout from our friends at FieldGoods makes the perfect weekday supper.

A generous fillet of Chalk Stream Rainbow Trout is slathered in the ultimate, umami rich soy and ginger glaze. Crunchy radish, spring onions, pak choi and sesame seeds add extra texture and flavour, for a seriously moreish meal.

In today’s busy world, finding nourishing food that combines flavour, ethics and convenience can be challenging. Thankfully, Sam and Elliot Day, the founders of FieldGoods, are here to help. They are on a mission to provide delicious, sustainable, thoughtfully-produced ready meals straight to your dinner table.

FieldGoods meal packaging consists of trays and sleeves made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials. These eco-friendly containers can be composted or thrown into your food bin, where they will naturally break down and become plant food. Alternatively, you can wash them and recycle them.
