  • We've gathered together everything you need to serve up the most magnificent Christmas feast with our Christmas Turkey & Trimmings Box.

    In this wonderful festive box you'll find our award winning Free Range rolled Turkey breast and leg stuffed with a beautiful, all natural, Apricot & Hazelnut stuffing as well as our famous native breed Pigs in Blankets and Pure Turkey Stock to make the most incredible gravy. All you need to do is to select how many people you are feeding and we'll provide you with everything you need for a simple Christmas. 

    Not only is our Christmas dinner box so easy to order, but it's super simple to cook too. The whole meal is cooked in the oven in just one hour giving you more time to enjoy the festivities with your loved ones. You even get cooking instructions delivered in the box, so your Christmas feast is guaranteed to be hassle free. 

    With our rolled and stuffed Turkey carving couldn't be more simple, you can make sure everyone gets just the right portion and there is no waste (unless you size up so you have some delicious leftovers).

    We do not say this lightly, but trust us when we tell you that you need not look any further in order to make your Christmas dinner super simple! You have everything you need to make a crowd-pleasing Christmas dinner. 

    The Christmas Turkey & Trimmings Box includes:

    • Properly Free Range Turkey Breast stuffed with Apricots & Hazelnut Stuffing
    • Properly Free Range Turkey Leg stuffed with Apricots & Hazelnut Stuffing
    • Pigs in Blankets (enough for 2 sausages per portion)
    • Pure Free Range Turkey Stock

      Choose from 4, 6, 8, 10 or 12 portions. 

      All the ingredients in the Christmas Turkey & Trimmings box arrive frozen ready to pop straight in your freezer so you are prepared for Christmas. We do not use any preservatives in our stuffing, sausages or Turkey stock so we recommend keeping your turkey in the freezer until you are ready to cook. 

      We recommend ordering early and choosing an early delivery date to take the hassle out of Christmas. 

    • Stuffed Turkey Breast & Leg: Free Range Bronze Turkey, Apricots (SULPHITES), Grass Fed Salt Beef, Hazelnuts (NUTS), Apples, Native Breed Pork Fat, Parsley, Onion, Coriander, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES), Black Pepper

      Turkey stock: Turkey Bones, Water

      Pigs in Blankets: Free Range Pork, Free Range Pork Fat, Gluten Free Oats*, Water, Salt, Black Pepper, Sheep Skin Casings, Unsmoked Streaky Free Range Bacon (Free Range Pork & Brining Process - Salt, Demerara Sugar (Sugar Cane Molasses, Sugar).

      *Oats used in our products are gluten-free and have been specially produced,prepared and processed in a way to avoid contamination by cereals containing gluten.

    • Once thawed, remove from packs and allow to reach room temperature before cooking. 

      Preheat your oven to 180oC/360oF/Gas Mark 4. 

      Take a good sized roasting tin and create two separate boats of foil. Place the breast meat into one and the leg joint into the other. Roast in the oven for 1 hour. When cooked, the skin will be evenly browned; and if you pierce the flesh of the breast joint with a small knife or skewer, the juices will run clear. 

      The Pigs in Blankets can be cooked in a separate dish and take around 30 minutes until they are beautifully crisp. 

      Once cooked, remove the Simplest Turkey from the oven and cover loosely with foil and allow to rest at room temperature for 15 minutes.

      Meanwhile, pour the cooking juices from the boat of foil into a small saucepan. Add the pot of Pure Turkey Stock and if you like, a little festive tipple of your choice, and simmer for 25 minutes until the sauce has thickened. 

      Carve the brown and white meat so that everyone gets exactly what they want. Serve with your delicious gravy and sausages wrapped in bacon.

    • All our Christmas Turkey Boxes are delivered frozen ready for you to pop straight into the freezer until you are ready to cook.

      Depending on the size of your bird, you'll want to allow plenty of time to defrost it.

      Remove the Simplest Turkey from its delivery box and place it in the freezer until you intend to cook it. 

      We do not put any preservatives into our Stuffing, Pigs in Blankets or Pure Turkey Stock so it is important to store them correctly. 

      The Pigs in Blankets can be stored in the freezer right up until the day you intend to cook them. 

      They can be cooked from frozen, or they will thaw in about an hour if left on the kitchen sideboard. We recommend you remove the Pure Turkey Stock from the freezer the night before you intend to cook it. 

      Place it into a large bowl, just in case the pouch has been punctured during transport, this will catch all the glorious stock as it thaws.
