Our Native Breed Pigs Cheeks are a rind-on cheek, that is perfect for slow cooking. You need to deploy patience when cooking pigs' cheeks as they need a leisurely, long, slow braise in the oven for the meat to become meltingly tender - but boy, is it worth the wait!
Please be aware that you will receive the whole cheek, not just the eye muscle like many butchers prepare. We are passionate about using every single part of the carcass and believe it is highly wasteful to simply cut the eye muscle from the cheek and throw the rest away when it is such good food!
