Notes from the kitchen

Perfect for slow cooking in all manner of dishes.

Take a cast iron casserole pan and fry the diced pork with a little oil until lightly browned.

Add your chosen ingredients and plenty of liquid then cook for at least one hour for beautifully tender meat.
