Rich, ruby red in colour, this port is filled with intense aromas and flavours of dark fruits. Dominated by tones of cherries and plums, it leaves a delicious taste on the palate which mellows beautifully after each sip.
A full-bodied port, it is perfect on its own as an evening tipple, or accompanying a decadent cheese board. We like it with Lincolnshire Poacher, Pitchfork Cheddar and a wedge of Baron Bigod.
This port comes from trodden grapes picked in small vineyards in the Cima Corgo Region of the Duoro. It is then vinified, fortified and aged for 3 years in oak.
How to store
Store in a cool, dry place.
