Sticky Toffee Pudding is almost everyone's favourite dessert. It's an absolute classic and a crowd pleaser for a reason. Descendant sponge cake is drenched in luscious toffee sauce, ready to be scooped up in a spoon and devoured in a flash.
This gorgeous pud, can be tucked away and stored in the freezer until you need it.

Unsalted Butter (DAIRY), Light Brown Sugar, Dates (17%) (Dates, Sunflower Oil), Double Cream (DAIRY), Self Raising Flour* (GLUTEN), Free Range Egg (EGG), Caster Sugar, Natural Yoghurt (DAIRY), Ground Ginger, Ground Cinnamon, Cloves, Salt.
*May contain traces of (SOYA)
Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6.
Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven.
Cook 40 - 45 minutes.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes before serving.
How to store
Store in the freezer.
Once fully defrosted cook within 3 days.
