  • Comforting and nourishing, this Thai Red Vegetable Curry by our friends at FieldGoods provides a satisfying meal while leaving you feeling light and bright.

    Silky aubergines are carefully roasted and partnered with sugar snap peas, new potatoes, red peppers and water chestnuts. A broth of Thai basil, galangal, kaffir lime and lemongrass is left to bubble away in luscious coconut milk. Best served poured over basmati rice so the grains soak up all the spicy juices. This is a super tasty vegetable curry that hits the spot even in hot weather.

    To Cook in the Oven

    We recommend cooking from frozen.

    Preheat the oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. 

    Remove the outer cardboard sleeve and pierce the film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 40 – 45  mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.

    To Microwave

    We recommend cooking from frozen.

    Remove the sleeve and pierce the film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 4 mins then stir well. Cover and leave to stand for 2 minutes.

    For 2 Portions

    To Cook in the Oven

    We recommend cooking from frozen.

    Preheat the oven to Fan 170 ºC / Electric 190 ºC / Gas 5. 

    Remove the outer cardboard sleeve and pierce the film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 50 – 55  mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.

    To Microwave

    We recommend cooking from frozen.

    Remove the sleeve and pierce the film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 6 mins then stir well. Cover and leave to stand for 3 minutes.

    Please be careful, steam may be released when removing the film lid. 

    All appliances vary, these are guidelines only. Ensure food is piping hot before serving.

  • FieldGoods meals will arrive frozen and should be stored in the freezer. If they have thawed slightly during their journey they are absolutely fine to place in the freezer.

     Once fully defrosted, store in the fridge and eat within 48 hours.

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
