When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes from the kitchen
Remove your Turkey Breast from its packaging and allow to reach room temperature.
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Lightly season your Turkey Breast with a good quality Pure SeA Salt.
Place your turkey breast in a roasting tin (we like to make two boats of foil using one for the breast and the other as the perfect space to add our delicious Saddleback sausages wrapped in bacon).
Place the turkey breast in the oven and cook for 40 - 45 minutes per kg.
Once the turkey has cooked remove it from the roasting tin and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
Whilst the turkey is resting this is the perfect time to make a wonderful sauce.
Take a pouch of our Pure Turkey Stock and in one pan add the cooking juices from the turkey, allow to reduce into a glorious syrupy sauce.
Slice thinly and serve alongside all those wonderful trimmings, with a good glug of gravy poured all over.
