From kitchen tabletop beginnings, comes this moreish Chipotle & Stout Salami from Shropshire Salumi. With a touch of fire, this Chipotle Salami is a masterclass in charcuterie.
Each of the salami is hung for 30 days in order to fully cure; this allows for the wondrous flavour to develop and an authentic soft bite of salami to mature. All the pork used in the salami is pasture-reared Gloucester Old Spots, all sourced within 2 miles of their production.
Shropshire Salumi prides itself on its full-flavoured, richly textured salami and cured meats.
This wonderful artisan salami arrives with a coat of mould. All our charcuterie products are ready to eat. They are stable at ambient temperature (below 18°C), and will stay safe during transport and stored in your kitchen or larder.
