From kitchen tabletop beginnings, comes this incredible Rosemary & Garlic Salami from Shropshire Salumi. Fragrant with the delicate flavourings of rosemary & garlic, this is charcuterie at its finest. Thinly slice and either enjoy by itself as a tasty snack or pair with your favourite cheese & chutneys for a perfect feast.
Each of the salami is hung for 30 days in order to fully cure; this allows for the wondrous flavour to develop and an authentic soft bite of salami to mature. All the pork used in the salami is pasture-reared Gloucester Old Spots, all sourced within 2 miles of their production.

This wonderful artisan salami arrives with a coat of mould. All our charcuterie products are ready to eat. They are stable at ambient temperature (below 18°C), and will stay safe during transport and stored in your kitchen or larder.
