Salami maker extraordinaire Will, handmakes each small batch of salami using the finest and most delicious ingredients to make his magnificent salamis. Each of the salami is hung for 30 days in order to fully cure; this allows for the wondrous flavour to develop and an authentic soft bite of salami to mature. All the pork used in the salami is pasture-reared Gloucester Old Spots from just 2 miles away from Will's charcuterie kitchen.

Will, like us, is passionate about the Slow Food movement, championing Good, Clean & Fair food for all.

This wonderful artisan salami arrives with a coat of mould. All our charcuterie products are ready to eat. They are stable at ambient temperature (below 18°C), and will stay safe during transport and stored in your kitchen or larder.
