Notes from the kitchen

Remove your Stuffed Turkey Breast from its packaging and allow to reach room temperature. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Place your turkey breast into a tin, we like to make two boats of foil using one for the Breast and the other as the perfect space to add our delicious Saddleback sausages wrapped in bacon. Pop in the oven and cook for 1 hour. Once the turkey has cooked remove it from the tin and leave to rest for 15 minutes. Whilst the turkey is resting this is the perfect time to make an epic sauce. Using our Pure Turkey Stock in one pan add the cooking juices from the turkey and allow to reduce into a glorious syrupy sauce. Slice thinly and serve alongside all those wonderful sides with the sauce poured over the top.
