Minced to perfection and seasoned with just a touch of salt, pepper, and gluten-free oats, our sausagemeat is free from rusk, fillers, or preservatives just pure, honest ingredients. We believe that sausage meat should be as simple as possible, allowing the incredible quality of the pork to speak for itself.

    Perfect for making golden, flaky sausage rolls or preparing a rich, herby sausage meat stuffing, this versatile ingredient brings deep, delicious flavour to every dish. Our sausagemeat is a great foundation for creating comforting family favourites. The natural, gluten-free oats provide the perfect texture, holding everything together without overpowering the rich pork flavour.

    For a simple stuffing, mix with one beaten egg, a handful of fresh herbs, a handful of oats or breadcrumbs and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    To cook, place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 180C. Pan fry for just a few minutes. Or stuff, raw, in a joint or a bird.
