      • Our friends at Rare & Pasture have made this delicious Country Pâté using the liver from native breed pigs. By using the whole animal, from nose to tail, we make them go further in our food chain – a more sustainable way of thinking about meat.

This pâté draws its inspiration from a traditional French recipe, blending liver and pork to create a coarse yet wonderfully spreadable texture. It pairs perfectly with warm, crispy sourdough toast.

Nose to tail eating is one of our founding principles at Pipers Farm. We passionately believe in the importance of never wasting any part of our carefully reared produce. In recent years, offal has often been regarded as a forgotten cut, by eating delicious foods like this country pâté it’s a fabulous way to get all that offaly goodness into our diets.

Each pack arrives frozen ready to pop straight in your freezer, so you can savour at your own pace. Once opened, they're best consumed within 3 days.
