This square cheese is soft and yielding with a white bloomy rind. Once cut into, it reveals an ivory-coloured interior. The flavour is mushroomy and creamy with a hint of lemons. It comes wrapped in parchment paper with a red wax seal.
The milk and cheese is produced in a way that protects our natural world and lets every farm animal feel the sun on its back.
The Padfield family have been happily milking a herd of cows at Park Farm for four generations. Edward Ernest Padfield took on the 240 acres of Park Farm in August 1914.

Usually despached with 7 days shelf life.

The best option is to keep the cheese wrapped in its waxed paper within a box in the fridge. The container will help to prevent the cheese from drying out and prevent the cheese from absorbing flavours.
For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, keep refrigerated and use within 24hrs.
