This is unlike any Mascarpone you have tasted before! Made using the fresh warm cream from the farm's herd of grass fed Montbeliarde cows, straight from milking.
The luscious cream is cultured giving it a unique buttery, sharp flavour, full of complexity from the grassy pastures and rich basin marshes of the Waveney River Valley where the Fen Farm herd graze.
This thick, silky, raw milk mascarpone can be used to make fabulous sauces, pasta, bakes and puddings, the options are endless.
