  • Northern Pasta Co’s Fusilli is a family favourite, loved for its incredible texture and comfort in every bite. Crafted with care in Cumbria using traditional Italian methods, this Fusilli is made with the finest regeneratively grown British spelt, giving it a unique nutty flavour that elevates any dish.

    The craftsmanship behind this pasta is evident in every detail. Using Bronze Dies, Northern Pasta Co's Fusilli creates a beautifully textured surface that holds sauces and flavour in a way that’s simply irresistible. The pasta is then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavour of the British spelt and ensure the highest quality in every bite.

    Made in small batches at their Pasta HQ in the heart of Cumbria, Northern Pasta Co’s Fusilli is the perfect choice for both simple weeknight dinners and special family feasts.

  • Spelt, Wheat (GLUTEN) Semolina

    Contains Gluten.

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add a generous pinch of salt. Add your pasta and cook according to the timing on the packet. 

    Check the pasta a little early to ensure it’s perfectly al dente. Drain, keeping some of the cooking water aside. Toss the pasta in your sauce, using the reserved water to loosen and coat it beautifully.

  • Store Northern Pasta Co’s pasta in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain its premium quality. Keep the packaging sealed to preserve the fresh, nutty flavour of the British spelt and ensure the pasta stays perfect for your next delicious meal.
