If you have already placed an order with us, please rest assures it is secure. Please note, however, that we are currently unable to add any items to existing orders.
If you would like to place a new order with us please be aware that at present we are only accepting orders from existing customers. The current lead time for deliveries for existing customers is about two weeks. Please see the calendar at the checkout for the most up to date information.
We politely ask that you try and make a smaller order more regularly, this will help us get food out to everyone more quickly. If you place large orders or stockpile products it means we cannot deliver to as many homes, and means the wait for deliveries gets longer and longer. Please be considerate to other shoppers.
Our priority is our loyal customers, we’ve stopped all marketing activities, and our sales teams are now pitching in to support our production and despatch team.
Our team are incredibly busy so we politely ask you if you can only contact us with urgent enquiries. If you can please do send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org rather than calling the office.
We politely ask that you do not call us to check product availability, this can be found on our website. If a product is unavailable it is marked ‘out of stock’. We are doing our best to make all products available. We are unable to provide you with dates of when items will be in stock again. Please just keep checking back on the website for updates.
