    Liver has long been prized for it's high protein rates, iron-rich goodness and abundance of essential vitamins, making it a wholesome choice for those who appreciate proper food. Ours is completely free from preservatives and additives, just simple, honest offal at its best.

    For a deeply satisfying meal, try gently pan-frying with shallots, sage, and a splash of Marsala, or blend into a luxuriously smooth chicken liver mousse. However you choose to prepare it, this is the ingredient that elevates both rustic home cooking and restaurant-worthy dishes alike.

  • Free Range Chicken 

  • Place a little ghee into a hot pan.

    To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about five minutes.

    Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.

    Cook for no more than three minutes.

    Leave to rest and serve pink.
