Because our native breed pigs lead a totally natural stress-free life, there is simply no need for us to use antibiotics routinely. Our slowly grown, native breed pig's liver is about as pure as you can get.

Wonderful rich nourishing food for you to savour.

Place a little butter in a hot pan.

To the pan add some sliced onions and cook off for about five minutes.

Lightly season the sliced liver and add to the pan.

Cook for no more than three minutes.

Leave to rest and serve pink.

Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
