We have picked up several awards for our lovely Lamb and Mint burgers. Made from our lean grass-fed shoulder and leg of lamb. We finely mince fresh lamb and add delicious ingredients including fresh mint and bramley apples to create a mouth-watering burger.

Perfect for sizzling on the BBQ or pan-frying for a feast in a flash. 

Our Lamb & Mint Burgers are gluten-free. 

Grass Fed Lamb Mince, Bramley Apple, Mint, Chives, Salt, Pepper, Red and Green Peppers.

For best results, defrost the burgers. 

Take a cast iron pan and place over a medium heat. 

Add a little Ghee or Beef Dripping to the pan. 

Place the burgers into the pan and cook for about 8 minutes, regularly flipping the burgers until just cooked through.

Leave to rest for 5-10 minutes, then serve. 

Sizzle on the BBQ. cook on each side for around 3-4 minutes, away from direct flame.
