Our non-vintage white sparkling wine is a benchmark English sparkling wine; comprising a vineyard blend of Seyval Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it’s dry, refreshing and precise, with red apple, pear and toasty flavours carried on a thread of beautifully crisp acidity.
For this Non Vintage Brut, all grapes are picked in small batches and transported to the Oxney Estate winery next to the vineyard. Each parcel of grapes is whole bunch pressed and fermented separately with most of the wines going through malolactic fermentation (MLF). This Estate blend is a blend of different parcels across the estate, combined with reserve wines aged in both tank and Burgundy barrels to create a consistent Non Vintage style. Blending takes place in the early spring and bottled for secondary fermentation, after which it is aged on lees, disgorged, and then sits for further ageing on cork to harmonise in bottle before release.
Very food-friendly, but just as delicious to enjoy sipping on it's own. A lovely choice for a special celebration.

Oxney Estate a mixed farm and winery. The whole estate is organic (Soil Association Certified) and run with a prominent sustainable and natural approach. Their vines sit on well-draining sand and silt loam, teeming with the microbial life essential to organic grape growing. Every year those busy microorganisms are nurtured with compost and farmyard manure from cattle grazing on pasture land within the wider organic farm estate.
The Oxney Estate vineyard work focuses on promoting natural disease resistance and vigour in our vines. Natural sprays, careful canopy management and manual and mechanical weed control all result in stronger vines and healthier grapes, to produce a range of award-winning still and sparkling wines.
