Saddleback Pork Ribs

£5.00

Our Saddleback ribs make the perfect starter to feed a hungry crowd. We recommend smothering the ribs in a delicious marinaded (try our handmade BBQ sauce, found in the pantry section of our website). Our Saddleback pork ribs are ideal for nibbling on while you wait for the main event.

We cut our ribs leaner than the traditional 'American-style' so they are perfect for nibbling off the bone. Our ribs are prepared as a sheet giving you total flexibility to create any recipe.

Approximately 500g - weights do vary due to the variable size of our pigs.

Your meat will arrive frozen.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.

You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.

Notes from the kitchen

Preheat the oven to 180C.

Place the ribs on a good sized baking tray and pour over a delicious marinade (try our smoked BBQ sauce). Leave for as long as you can.

Pop the ribs into the oven and roast for 40 minutes, you may want to cover the ribs with foil half way through to stop the marinade from burning.
