  • A rich spreadable salami, delicious slathered over buttery sourdough toast just like a paté. We like to serve Sobresada alongside homemade pickles and with a glass of our Organic Gilt & Flint Lager. You can also Sobresada it just like a cooking chorizo, it is delicious with chicken and pork or even fried eggs. 

    Sobrasada, which originates from the heady Balearic Islands of Spain, has a sweet, almost fruity flavour, with a subtle heat from Pimenton Dulce de la Vera smoked paprika.

    Using pasture-reared Tamworth pork from Fred Price's Gothelney Farm, this spreadable salami is ethically made, locally sourced and delicious to boot.

    Westcombe Charcuterie is an exceptional example of regenerative, circular farming and the wonderful products that are produced from it.

  • Use just like a paté and spread over toast.

Thoughtfully Delivered to Your Door

All Pipers Farm meat is blast frozen at the perfect moment, locking in important nutrients and guaranteeing it tastes amazing. We deliver everything to your door in sustainably sourced, recyclable packaging. Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
