This handmade pasta is filled with delicious fresh basil, creamy Ricotta Cheese and Italian Hard Cheese. Try it with simple oil and cheese or with a fresh lemon butter sauce. A very simple combination that becomes a real treat! 

The pasta has a very high Free Range egg content (30%) and thanks to a special blend of 00 and Durum Wheat flour, holds the cooking very well.

Pasta: 00 Flour (GLUTEN), Pasteurised Free Range Egg (EGG), Durum Wheat Flour (GLUTEN), Salt, Water.

Filling: Ricotta (MILK), Italian Grated Cheese [Milk Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Preservative: Egg Lysozyme] (MILK, EGG), Milk (MILK), Basil, Salt, Black Pepper.
