  • Our Properly Free Range Spatchcock Chicken Breast is the ideal ingredient for the BBQ. Wonderfully tender meat sits underneath gorgeously crispy skin, for an alfresco feast that is unlike any other.

    Our skilled artisan butchers meticulously prepare each spatchcock chicken ready for you to quickly cook. By preparing the chicken in this way, the cooking time reduces significantly.

    Our delicious Properly Free Range Spatchcock Chicken Breast can also be roasted in the oven and works exceptionally well with various marinades.

    We take time to develop a real depth of flavour in our birds. They eat a wholesome, healthy diet foraging amongst pasture and woodland,  creating that wonderful flavour that we have become famous for.

     Approximately 800g.  

  • Properly Free Range Chicken

  • To cook in the oven

    Preheat the oven to 180C. 

    Generoulsy season the spatchcock chicken and place into a roasting dish. 

    Pop the dish into the oven and roast for 25 minutes. 

    Remove from the oven and leave to rest for 15 minutes before carving. 

    To cook on the BBQ

    Light your BBQ and bring the coals to a medium heat. 

    Place the chicken skin-side down over the hot part of the barbecue, away from any direct flames, and cook for 4-5 minutes until well browned. 

    Flip over and cook for a further 4-5 minutes. 

    Transfer to a cooler part of the BBQ and cook for around 15 - 20 minutes.

Our properly free range meat is carefully wrapped in a fully home compostable, 100% British sheep's wool pouch to keep it in perfect condition during delivery. Should any of your meat thaw during delivery; you can safely refreeze it and keep it frozen for up to 6 months. When you're ready to cook up a feast, you can speedily defrost most of our meat in 15 minutes (larger joints take a little longer). Simply place the items still in their individual packaging into cool water and they will carefully thaw.
