Why we love this
Finely sliced potato gratin is baked in a creamy sauce of garlic, black pepper and very good cream. Topped with loads of cheese for the perfect side dish.
We LOVE serving FieldGoods, Dauphinoise Potatoes alongside a fabulous grass fed beef steak, or with a really indulgent weekend roast. This is proper hassle free food that is full of flavour.
Founders of FieldGoods, Sam and Elliot Day grew up on a farm in Devon, igniting their passion for properly sustainable ingredients. Their mission is to make amazing comfort food from carefully-sourced, sustainable produce to be enjoyed at your dinner table.
The trays and sleeves of FieldGoods meals are made from responsibly sourced plant-based materials, so they can be chucked onto your compost pile or into your food bin, and will become plant food before you know it. You can also give them a wash and pop them in your recycling.
