Our 100% Grass Fed Beef Sirloin makes a stunning centrepiece that's so simple to cook and carve.
A classic roasting joint, with outstanding marbling and rich flavour that makes this cut so prized, and a must for special occasions, or discerning Sunday roasts.
Our Grass Fed Sirloin includes a melting layer of fat, combined with subtle marbling that results in a joint that's flavoursome, juicy and has a real depth of flavour.
Take a cast iron pan and place over a high heat. Brown off the fat of the sirloin and then place into an oven preheated to 180C.
Roast for 20 minutes per kg.
Leave to rest for 20 minutes.

When your meat arrives simply pop it into your freezer.
When you have chosen what you would like to eat, drop your items, still in their individual packaging into cool water and wait for 15 minutes until they are fully thawed. Once fully thawed remove the packaging and get cooking.
You can also gently thaw any items by leaving them in the fridge or at room temperature.
