Our herd of fallow and red deer are raised in the stunning grounds of one of Devon's most picturesque estates. Our venison is simply sensational to eat because we allow our deer to grow slowly so they reach maturity. Their diet consists of ancient parkland grass, mast and forage. All our Parkland venison carcasses are hung on the bone for 12 days to further develop an intense flavour. Our Parkland venison is a delicious, seasonal treat available only from September.
