Why we love this
This incredibly delicious Potted Chilli Crab from Rockfish is their take on the Singaporean street food favourite. They take the handpicked Devon white and brown crab meat and combine it with chilli, shrimp, garlic, ginger and soy before finishing it with lemon and coriander.
Simply spread generously on some lightly toasted sourdough and enjoy.
White Crab Meat (40%) (SHELLFISH), Butter (MILK), Sunflower Oil, Lemon Juice (SULPHITES), Pernod Ricard, Fresh Tarragon, Mace, Lemon Zest, Salt, Cayenne Pepper.
Once thawed spoon over toast.
How to store
All our seafood is caught at its best, meticulously prepared and blast frozen immeditely. Once defrosted it will be as fresh as the day it was landed.
The Potted will be delivered blast frozen ready for you to place straight into your freezer, or pop straight into the fridge and consume within 2-3 days.
Once thawed, consume within the next 3 days. Not suitable for re-freezing.
