Or even just simply pan fry with a little butter and stir through ribbons of pasta for a simply delectable weekday supper. 

A fantastic combination of Devon grown shiitake, yellow oyster, nameko, maitake and king oyster goes into every pack. Use for any autumnal recipe with a fungi twist. 

Approx 30g 

Shiitake, Yellow Oyster, Nameko, Maitake, and King Oyster Mushrooms

Rehydrate in water for 20-30 minutes. Retain the water to use as stock. 

Add to stews, pasta dishes or use as a stock base for some tasty noodle soups.
